The worst I see is the guaranteed rankings where no one in the world can guarantee anything. All they can do is ask for their money back and any reputable company will give them a refund. I foresee the future of SEO being with no cost upfront, the client sees then results and then pays. Some are already doing this, but if you talk to the companies they will only do the easy long tail keywords. Everything stated there is a scam for sure.
